Our one-on-one personal training is ideal for those seeking high levels of personal attention and accountability, uniquely varied workout routines designed to accomplish your specific goals. Our trainers work directly with you to develop and implement a customized training plan, nutritional guidance to ensure that you reach your goals in a safe, comfortable and enjoyable environment.

Our small group personal training is more than just an economic alternative to one-on-one training.  Small Group at Body Soul offers the benefits of working with a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost of the private rate plus working out in the same room with others pushes you to a new fitness level. You can expect customized designed workouts that are built in with different levels of fitness in mind. The participants do not have to be at exactly the same fitness levels to benefit from group training.  You will receive accountability, motivations, support, experience and expert guidance to reach your personal fitness goals in this small group environment of 2-4 clients to 1 coach.
