“Bust Your Inner Critic – Reclaim Your Joy”

Do you find yourself lacking when you compare yourself to others?

Self-worth is intimately tied to our inner critic. It creates a feedback loop. When your self-worth is low, your inner critic gets louder, and when your inner critic is loud; it makes you feel worse about yourself. With a loud inner critic, it becomes almost impossible to feel good about anything you are doing or saying. To tone down the inner critic, you need to practice developing positive self-worth. With increased self-worth, the volume and ferocity of our inner critic gets toned down and can eventually be totally turned off and the door to reclaiming your Joy opens up.

Self-worth is not something we are born with, it is something we are taught and continue to practice throughout our lives, for some of us this comes easy, for others it requires more work

You were not born with an inner critic, but as a child you have a lot to learn and as young children we don’t know how to behave or what is expected of us in many circumstances, and if we were met with impatiens, ridicule, or teasing, we internalize the voices of those critics and incorporate them into our own inner critic.

This workbook has been created for you to powerfully start your journey to silence the inner critic and reclaim your joy. You can download it for free from here.
