Your body is an amazing machine, but you have to allow yourself to work to your fullest potential.

Currently studying for the National Strength and Conditioning Association Personal Trainer exam, Rachel has been competing in Olympic Weightlifting for two years and, through the hours of training, has gained so much valuable information. She has directed her passion into helping train the Jewish Community Center weightlifting team, but her enthusiasm doesn’t end there!

The training technique that Rachel focuses on is the use of complex weight training movements for short periods. This will help to consistently improve strength and endurance over time. She prefers to use High-Intensity Interval Training techniques with her clients which allow clients to get an intense workout in a short period of time.

Fitness has always been a huge part of Rachel’s life, so she wants to share her passion and show others that they are strong and powerful, too. Your body is an amazing machine, but you have to allow yourself to work to your fullest potential. This is what she hopes to instill in the minds of her clients.
