A healthy mind and body can overcome the toughest of obstacles

Rob has been involved in the fitness industry for over 5 years, working with different populations, including healthy adults, youth, athletes, and injured/rehabbing. Whether it is a boot camp style circuit, strength/power training, cardio, or calisthenics and stretching, he is qualified and ready to coach. Rob graduated summa cum laude from the University of Rhode Island in 3 years with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. He is an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist and is also certified in TRX.

Being a sports fanatic, Rob was a captain of his high school basketball, baseball, and football teams. His passion for sports was initially the thing that got him involved in fitness, but struggles with weight issues his whole life was the true inspiration to take the step into personal training. He sees himself as a coach, not a trainer. Rob wants to help others realize that with a positive attitude and hard work, even the loftiest of goals can be achieved. Success in any exercise program comes from creating realistic goals and finding the passion

As a personal trainer, you can find Rob over at our Jewish Community Center location on the east side of Providence. There, he works with a wide array of clients and is also the Youth Sports Coordinator as he has experience in running youth sports clinics (football, basketball, and baseball) in the past.

Rob wants to help others realize that with a positive attitude and hard work, even the loftiest of goals can be achieved. Success in any exercise program comes from creating realistic goals and finding the passion to dig deep and enjoy the process. Having fun and finding the things that work best for YOU is the key!!
