Quick fitness tip: Little and often over the long haul! Fitness is like saving money and investing. You slowly collect a little at a time, day after day, until one day… you’re rich! Practice fitness little by little, day after day, for a long time, and then one day…

Hobbies: When not at Body Soul, I work as a mental health therapist. Hobbies outside of work: walks with my goldendoodle pup Kobe, spending time in the kitchen, running errands (aka going to Starbucks and Target, ha), and reading.
The exercise I love the most (and why): Push press or barbell squat! They make me feel powerful.
